He did a great job telling a hard-to-describe story. The only error was a minor one — the GDR is 2500 miles, not 625!! 625 miles was the distance I made it before dropping out.

I’m riding out at Tucson Mountain Park today, winter solstice. We are off next to St. George for Xmas and hopefully some good riding (Gooseberry).
