Day 72 – Yellowstone!

We rolled up to Old Faithful lodge 4 minutes before the famous geyser shot off. Had we arrived by car, we would have missed it. Once you get to the Upper Geyser Basin, it’s so much better to have a bike than a car!

Day 71 – cyclotouring!

Eszter gives her best Grizzly Bear pose in front of our cute little Grizzly Cabin. At $25 they are a steal, and a huge upgrade from sleeping in a wet meadow with Pooh Bear clouds that come and rain only on us.

Today we got to play cyclotourist. All dirt and paved roads.

After today’s ride I sure don’t feel shortchanged on adventure. I’m sure the Wyoming Range is beautiful and full of challenge, full of unknowns, but the CDT had all of the above, and then some.
