Yo Derrick,

Check this post:

You just need to update.  Server change.

Lots of time to crunch GPX now that it's officially winter in Salida, eh?

Scott,

I have v4.31. What gives?

Yep, mashing lots of buttons these days.  Looking forward to learning how to ski this winter.

Those tiles came in before you upgraded and got stored corrupted.  Use the reload tool to bring in fresh ones... then go make some fresh tracks up in the mtns.

At first I tried to perform batch downloads, which didn't work.  Finally, I figured out that all I had to do was click the tiles with the tile reload tool (after reading your directions in the TF online manual).

Yet another fine example of how such a simple fix boggles my mind by being too easy.

I am the poster child for a customer who doesn't read updates, forums, or directions.

thanks for the direct help Scott.

Wow!!  This is Amazing... I was having these problems for *years* with MyTopo, I'd discussed it with you repeatedly, but we could never figure out what was wrong; I had just stopped using MyTopo...

So, I just drop in for the first time in a year or so, and this problem is solved by an upgrade!  (I was using V4.2)  MyTopo works *beautifully* now!!  Thank You Thank You Thank You  !!!!!!!
