Convert to Waypoint point number in Comment field is off by 1

Using V4.65.  2 examples:   Converting Track 36, PT 206 to a Waypoint.   The comment generated in the Convert to Waypoint>Add Waypoint window is" From Track 36, Pt 205".   Converting point 1 in the track... the comment displays "From Track 36, Pt 0".  All other information such as time, coords, elevation... all seem OK and reflect the trackpoint actually selected.
