Title: Server issue: Missing topo tiles

Terraserver is serving missing tiles this morning.  Most maps come in, but littered inbetween are white fuzzy "unable to display map" message tiles.

I am sure this will be a temporary problem, hopefully resolved soon.  We'll keep watching it and post any updates here.

Looks like terraserver is coming back 100% -- I'm not getting error tiles anymore, though it is a little slower than usual.

Server has been running normally all day.  It was a very short 'outage.'

Thank you. I was beginning to think I was going crazy. I was preparing maps for hiking over the weekend and didn't remember the missing tile thing being a normal feature.
