Title: MyTopo outage -- highest zoom only

Right now the highest resolution tiles in MyTopo mode are not downloading.  You will eventually get a "TopoFusion is having trouble contacting one or more servers" message.

The good folks at myTopo are having issues with a rogue downloader, so they have it disabled right now.  We will keep monitoring the situation, and may switch to using the next tileset up if necessary.

Service resumed to normal as of this evening.  All maps are downloading!
