Title: 3D downloads not working

Looks like the Nasa server is not sending 3D (elevation) data right now, so auto-download 3D mode will not work, and likewise with "add elevation to track" in Climbing Analysis.

Our friend at the server is creating a tiled elevation dataset for us (so that TF can cache, tile and add more elevation features), so I'm guessing that's what the downtime is for, but I will check.

I'll update this thread when I know more.  Thanks for the patience.

3D downloads are back and fully functional!!
