Archived Support / Selected trackpoint does not show

Not sure what I may have changed, but I used to be able to click on "Properties" for a certain track, then in the "Track Points" double-click a given point and have the map to recenter on that point and highlight that point.

The map does recenter, but I do not see that point I double-clicked as a highlighted point. No visual indication of which point I double clicked.

What am I missing?

it seems one should be able to select the symbol they want to use for any given waypoint. However this is not working for me. Am I missing something?

For example, I'd like waypoints that represent a town to appear with a certain symbol, those that represent  geographical landmarks another.

Archived Support / What does "point restart" do?

Just starting to take a look at the new release. Slick...

Perhaps there's a way to do what I want, but I haven't figured it out.

We do aerial photography and use TF to locate position points by matching GPS track points with digital image timestamp information.

Often I'll look at the full .gpx track file, then locate a point on the track points tab in the track properties. After locating this point, what I want to do is to use the track playback function to start playing the track from that point.

But when I'm viewing the track profile in playback mode, "Begin Playback" always goes back to the beginning of the track. I can use the slider at bottom to manually go to a point, but again, "Begin Playback" wont' start playing back from that point-- it just goes back to the start.

I thought perhaps "point restart" might be what I've been looking for, but... ? Is there any way to begin playback at a point on the track you select manually??

FYI, it appears that when I generate an HTML Image Map, the resulting html code as a mismatched heading tag:

<h2 align="center">FileName.gpx</h3>

Obviously the tags should be matched as in:

<h2 align="center">FileName.gpx</h2>

Having purchased TF, I'm just beginning to get into the program to support our aerial photography business. I have to say, the feature set for the price is simply amazing. Great job!

My question is about track points. If I use the "Select point" tool to click on a particular track point, is there any way to get any info about that point-- such as what Pt# it is in the overall track?

Ideally one could click on a track point on the map and have that Pt# highlighted in the "Track Points" tab of the track properties window-- or the other way around-- click on a point in the "Track Points" tab and have the point highlighted on the map.
