TopoFusion Pro / Save as Gpx or Tcx?

Which would be best to save all info: gpx or tcx? I dont want to save both to cover all data.

Feature Requests / Time in Zones?

Am I missing that this feature is included?
i.e. column graph of heart rate zones (that are entered in the 'profile' section) and the times spent in each. Or time in power zones?

What is the protocol for performing this test?
i.e. to get 'Functional Power' I put in a time for a distance. But what intensity should this distance be performed at?
