Coming from a backround of using graphic design vector based programs such as Adobe Illustrator etc. I'd love to see something like the Selection/Direct Selection Tool in these sorts of programs...
Where:
1. The 'Direct Selection' tool functions much the same way as it currently does in TF, allowing you to select individual points on the track/path and...
2. The 'Selection' tool would select (just by clicking somewhere on the track/path/segment you want) the whole of that track/path/segment.
In Illustrator these are differentiated by a black arrow for Selection and white arrow for 'Direct Selection'.
I know there is the box selection tool in TF, but if I have two different tracks running in close proximity to each other, this makes it difficult to select the whole of one of the tracks.
Hope I've explained what I mean well enough?!
In my opinion these two levels of selection would make editing whole lot easier!!!!!
