v3.51 - special chars in gpx fil

topofusion fails to parse html entities in gpx files, like ĂȘ (that is actually & #234 without space). the charset tag is probably also not parsed properly.

example (spaces added): < name >Aiguebelette / 73 - Savoie:- La T& #234;te de Cheval (AD)< /name >

Yep, I see what you mean.

I'm not sure what to do with different character sets.  Do you have an example file you could send to smorris@topofusion.com that uses the charset tag?

Thanks.  I'll at least get it to parse the HTML escape characters.
