Beta 5.39 & USGS Imagery
« on: January 17, 2017, 09:51:28 AM »
Hello,
I just installed Beta 5.39
This is probably a coincidence but USGS Imagery is not downloading tiles.
In fact the msg is "No Map Available"
I'm right over the Nogales, AZ airport, so I know there is a map available.
I opened TopoFusion on a different computer running version 5.32 and get the same msg at the same location.
Thanks,
Roger

I replied to the other post, but here as well in case someone notices it in the beta:

Hi Roger,

I noticed that many tiles are black where there should be (used to be) USGS imagery as well.  There is a note on their site about a temporary outage they are working on, so I'm hoping that is it.  Since higher zoom levels are returning images, it makes sense.

Let's keep an eye on it for a week or so and see if it comes back.

Thanks for the post.
