Washed out maps
« on: April 09, 2008, 06:46:14 AM »
Hi, Just upgraded to 3.31 and noticed all my topo maps are washed out. Now they are very difficult to read. Not sure if this is a 3.31 issue or if I inadvertantly changed some setting. Suggestions?

Go to Window->Image Processing

Use the "return to default" button.  Or, check the "enhance contrast" button.

Excellent. Problem Fixed. That "enhance contract" button is nice.

BTW - did I find a bug or did I somehow change a setting without knowing it?

Glad that was it.

Not sure how it happened -- it depends which version you were upgrading from.  There was a change in the way the brightness was handled several versions back -- it may have been from that.

Otherwise, upgrading shouldn't change a setting like that.

If you notice it again, please let us know.  Thanks.
