Great product and support

I just wanted to tell you that I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of the posts and support on this forum. It was one of the things that moved me to pay for the product, actually more of that than the limitations since the limits did not seem to affect me very much.

When I saw that the posts were censored, sorry, moderated, I had some reservations. You've gone way beyond erasing my skepticism. I love the product and look fwd to learning more about it.

Finally, I worked for a commercial software house for ten years as developer, development manager including support, and sundry QA and marketing and sales jobs. I understand how difficult product support can be. You are doing a great job.

Thanks for the kind words!  One of the benefits of our lack of advertising / marketing is that we have a small user base and are able to handle things personally.  

You get answers right from the authors of the program that have been here since day 1.  

We've always tried to strive for excellent customer service, so it's nice to hear when we're meeting that goal.

Thanks to you, also, for the constructive comments.  It's users like you who have helped shaped the program.
