downloading track from Magellan with 3.0

i loaded up version 3.0 just fine...this was my first time using 3.0 to download a track...it would not work and in fact the program just shuts down completely...yes, all the correct gps setting were made on the program and the unit....i had to use another piece of software to download the track, then open the gpx file with TF.

i have a Magellan Sportrak Map, it worked just fine with all the older version of TF

Please help me.

Hi,

Sorry about the problem.  We found that bug pretty early, but unfortunately not before some people had downloaded 3.0.

It was a quick fix so we didn't change the version number.  If you download 3.0 again the transfers should work OK again.
