Changing waypoint color?
« on: December 15, 2006, 01:33:22 AM »
How do I change the color of the waypoints?  Mine are blue right now, and I lose them in the track when it is at a 'blue' elevation.

Also, is there a way to toggle the waypoint descriptions while retaining the waypoint mark itself?  When I chose 'symbol' in the preferences, text still appears on the map (i.e. 'City', 'Waypoint', etc.)  Removing and returning the text easily would be nice, especially at zoom levels where text runs together.

Changing waypoint color?

The box drawn at each waypoint is the same color as the "track point" setting in options->prefs, which is the color the track points go to when you're in select points mouse mode.

I can't think of a way to remove just the text while keeping the dot on a waypoint.  It would be easy to add "no text" in the preferences (where you found symbol, etc).  That's not the easiest for use, but I'm not sure how else to include an option like that.

What do you think?
