Logbook Analysis
« on: May 17, 2004, 10:11:41 AM »
I like the Logbook Analysis feature. That's one of the main reasons I bought it as I use my Garmin Forerunner 201 to track training for my endurance horse.

A thought. It would be great to be able choose the stats I see displayed on the calendar for each day. For example, I am most interested in mileage and an overall average speed (including all time start to finish). It would be nice to see that at a glance for each day instead of the mileage and the moving time.

Along those lines, I don't see a way to get an overall average speed. Pretty much just total distance divided by total time. Currently, the average speed I am seeing in the file list is total distance divided by moving time.

In my sport, the clock does not stop ticking when my horse and I stop and an overall average speed is very important.

Also, sometimes I want to load two files for the same day. Right now, the files just lay on top of each other and I can't see that I have 2 files loaded for the same day.

Thanks for the program. It is very handy.

Thanks for the comments.

Interesting that you'd like overall average speed, not average moving speed.  Perhaps we can create a setting where you can choose between the two.

We are working on handling multiple files per day, as well.
