How to Save Merged Files

New to TopoFusion I have managed to merge two tcx files (Garmin 705) on the Aus Map but I cannot figure out how to save the merged file with all the data attached.  I have both files ticked but each time I "save as"  the file it only saves one and leaves the other out of the equation.  Obviously missing something but despite playing with it for a couple of days still cannot figure it out.  I have two exercises for the one day and want to merge them and display in training center as one exercise.  Please advise.

Are you using v3.95?  'save as..' doesn't merge, but there is an option available when multiple files are selected (meaning highlighted, not checked).  If you shift or control click multiple files, then right click and choose "merge files and save as..." you'll get what you are looking for.
