Shaded Relief
« on: September 05, 2011, 07:40:56 AM »
I turned it on and can't seem to turn it off.
Shouldn't the "Turn shaded relief ON" button in the Relief/ Elevation Tileset Options be a toggle?
Am I missing something?

You're right, it should be a toggle.  Try the actual toggle on the tool bar, or the check menu option on the 'Map' menu.

I added that button just as a shortcut to turn it on, but it makes perfect sense to turn it off there too!  Will do.

Well I don't feel quite so dumb now. I don't use shading enough to have been aware that there is a toolbar button for it. I guess that illustrates the value of having both a quick button or hotkey for a user's commonly used functions and a method for finding and performing a not-so-familiar (and not memorized) function.
