Hi hawk,

Sorry about the forum downtime.  Your post was made to the old server, during our transition to a new server.

Yes, you should try reinstalling the program, it may help.  What happens, exactly, when you open the software?

You may need to find/delete your TopoFusion.ini file, which should be here:

C:\Documents and Settings\*Your USER NAME*\Local Settings\Application Data\TopoFusion\TopoFusion.ini

Let me know how it goes.

Uninstalled - Reinst. the program. All "seems" to be OK except for one white tile in the center of my map that is "downloading" for over an hour now.I don't get it as all was fine w/my trial ver. untill yesterday. Maps seem to load slower than before as well.

Just checked my main screen map and this dead pixel "downloading" square will go away, hmmmm wonder what is going on with this.

Checked this morning..still there..Is that just because I have the trial version?

Did you try closing and re-opening the software?

It isn't a limitation of the trial version -- all tiles should download just fine.  It is most likely just a server glitch or the like, that will sort itself out eventually.

I did open/close several times to no avail. Its only in the 4M as when I go in or out to 2M or 8M it goes away.

Topo, right?  Must be a bum tile on the server.  Very strange.  Usually it'll eventually fill in, and almost always if you open/close the software.

Interesting, I can grab all topo tiles in that area just fine.  4m seems fine.
