How to turn on Mexico maps?

I saw an older post about turning "off" Mexico maps.  I don't see this on mine and I am running W7 and v3.95Pro.  thanks.

In 3.95 they are no longer 'on' by default.  Go to Windows->WMS Custom Servers and turn the checkbox next to "Mexico" on.  They should then show up in the tileset selector.
