I'm getting a startup error after a recent Windows update.  No tiles display and Topofusion crashes. 
I am using Windows 7 and Topofusion 4.22 Pro.

Hmm.  Hard to think of what a windows update would  have to do with it, unless it mucked with your video card's drivers or something.

First thing to try is to reset to TF defaults:

To reset back to default settings, delete (or rename) the file TopoFusion.ini.  It should be here:

C:\Documents and Settings\*Your USER NAME*\Local Settings\Application Data\TopoFusion\TopoFusion.ini

See if it runs after that.

That seemed to do the trick.  Thank you!  It had been running fine before and I didn't do anything or add anything to it, but I did do a Windows Update the night before and then it didn't work.  Strange.  But thanks!
