Title: Downloading from eXplorist 500

Just purchased and a great program.
When I download from my GPS, the file comes up on the File Menu. Then I right click the file and select Center Map on File. In Topo I get nothing but lines in coloums and my waypoints are strung in a line also. In color aerial the maps will not download.
Am I missing something in the chain of commands to cause this?

Charles --  I think we are pursuing this by email, right?  Seems there might be an issue in the .UPT file format reading.
