Title: "Search for address" is dead again?

I have not been able to search by address or city the last few days. I upgraded today to v. 5.30, but still not working.

Hi,

Sorry about the belated response.  I didn't get a notification of the latest posts for some reason.

Address searches are on the same Mapquest limitation system that is making tile downloads not work.  I set up v5.30 to use a new free API that gives 15,000 requests, and have been alarmed how quickly TF users ate that up!

I plan to allow folks to enter their own API key.  Hopefully if we can get the power users on their own allotment, everyone else will be able to download tiles and search addresses.

Hey Scott, I'd love to have the ability to enter a mapquest api key. I have one and am ready to got when you implement it.

Thanks Scott,
Maps load, yet as you zoom in they popup the mapquest logo.at 1:4.00 no logo then at 1:2.52 logo.
Goto find address/city still does not work.

I'll work with it more tomorrow to see if I'm missing something.

Thanks Gary -- please download 5.31 again and search should work with the new API key now.  Sorry about that.

You  might have older tiles that don't have the logo already loaded.  All new ones will have the logo.
