Please post here if you notice anything strange.  It sounds like any down times should be brief.

Note that this only affects Landsat and 3D downloads, not topo, aerial or color aerial tiles.

This upgrade passed without any problems.  I didn't notice any downtime or problems.  Nor were any reported.

Looks like it's good to go.
