Title: Color Aerials down

Looks like the USGS server is having some issues and is unreachable as of yesterday 2/25/2012.

Let's give it another day, then I will start investigating further. I don't see any notices of server changes or planned downtime.

Color aerials were back, actually yesterday 2/28.  From my tests so far it appears they may have upgraded their hardware -- tiles are coming in faster than ever!
