TopoFusion Pro / Combine multiple track logs into one?
« on: April 28, 2008, 07:53:38 AM »
I am 90% sure I can do this. .

I need to combine multiple tracklogs(GPX) from several days journey into one long track log.  Does topofusion drop any points when it combines individual files into one?

Thanks,
Tobias

Archived Support / Where are downloaded tiles stored

Is there any way to resume a download?  I am trying to download the bottom 1/3 of Vermont and twice now the wireless has flaked out on me or terra-server not responding and it stops.  Or can I easily see what has been downloaded?  I guess I could zoom and scroll around but that seems like a fairly hit or miss way.

Thanks,
Tobias

Does the connection to a GPS work? Downloading tracks too?

Thanks for posting!

Archived Support / Age of Aerial Photos
« on: September 17, 2007, 12:07:15 PM »
Hello,

How can I best determine the age of the aerial photos downloaded for a specific location?  Is there anyway within the program?

Thanks,
Tobias

I am downloading a large set that I need to move to a non-networked computer.  Which file(s) should I move so that Topofusion on the non-networked comp has access to these files?

Thank you for a product that I love!

Archived Support / More Logbook Questions

I had been using Excel to delete the offending row of data - Just now I opened the file in notepad and was successful in getting the bad data out AND the log book still works even better the summary  is now correct.  I appreciate your offer to help.

THANKS,
Tobias

Archived Support / More Logbook Questions

Okay - this is why I got into trouble before - I now have three rides listed in the logbook - each has the correct distance.  When I do the compute summary the distance and time is way off - 54 miles when it should be 27 miles.   I look in the CSV file and I see a record that is wrong - I am not sure how it got in there?  Anyway when I delete the row the logbook breaks - it does not show me any of the data - this time I was smart though and I made a backup so I did not need to reinstall.  How can I remove the offending data w/o breaking the logbook?

Thanks,
Tobias

Well - I uninstalled topofusion and reinstalled.  Added the data back in and everything is working fine now.

Let me ask this - do you all put each download in a new file or add to an existing file?

Thanks,
Tobias

Ok - I got the summary info to show again, but the info does not show on the calendar - only when I choose summary will it actually show the data.  Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Tobias

I just downloaded topofusion yesterday and I was playing around - I have gone for two bikes rides - somehow some other listing got entered in the logbook.  It didnt show up in the calendar view but when I clicked summary it did show.  I wanted to get rid of the random listing so I opened up the TFLog.csv - I deleted the row with the offending data and returned to the log - all the rides where now gone and even when I add the two ride back in it will not show them in the logbook.  Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Tobias
