TopoFusion Pro / Maps won't download
« on: June 17, 2012, 02:37:53 PM »
I have been a Topofusion user for about a year and randomly have trouble with Topofusion being able to download maps. Right now I can't download any maps at all. I get the message "Sorry, Topofusion is having trouble contacting one or more of its map servers.......".
I tried switching to Landsat_16 and got the same error message but was able to briefly get it to work by clicking on the "Re-enable Now" button at which time the images downloaded. The same problem and error repeated when I switched to Landsat_2 and it finally downloaded when I clicked on the "Re-enable Now" button. I tried Topo_2M got the error but it did NOT download the maps when clicked on "Re-enable Now".
I am centered on 36.0000N, 111.0000W.
Computer Information:
- Windows Vista
- I have internet access. That's how I am posting this problem.
- I am using Topofusion pro
- I looked in the online forum and followed the instructions for an identical problem posted on 5/29/2012 but it didn't work.
- I am using MacAfee and I made sure that Topofusion has full control.
- I tried turning off the firewall and had no improvement.
Any information is appreciated.
Thanks,
Don Smith
