TopoFusion Pro / Can't open .shp files in Pro version (reason I bought Pro version)

Hi Guys

Apologies if I am missing something obvious.

I've purchased the Pro version of Topofusion so I can work on .shp files, however Topofusion can't open any of the .shp files, instead returning the message:

Error Reading File: followed by the file name

Any help would be appreciated. I can provide one of the .shp files if needed.
