Archived Support / Exception in Network Analysis

Topofusion v2.1
I am getting an error about 90% of the time I try to generate a network using a given set of tracks. Â I can successfully generate a network some of the time using default settings or by maximizing both contraction and reduction. Â The rest of the time I get the following error dialog:

Exception: Access Violation, in Manager Thread (Network)
OK
After this error, there may also be a paint error. Â In either instance, the program display is unresponsive following the error(s) and the program must be restarted to regain functionality. Â Where do I go from here?
