TopoFusion Pro / Can't get custom server to load right

Trying out your product. Â It looks great, but I'm having some problems.
I'm trying to load the Missouri East Zone 15 and 16 maps from the USGS servers as WMS servers. Â This is my first time and I'm failing miserably.
The server is: Â imsortho.cr.usgs.gov
My request from the USGS servers (Seamless link) is:
wmsconnector/com.esri.wms.Esrimap/USGS_EDC_Ortho_StateLocal_Grid
I don't know what else I'm doing wrong.
The USGS info for the server link is:

Any help would be appreciated.
