I just downloaded the 2.51 beta and retrieved some tracks from my 301, everything worked well.  I will post if I have any problems.

What I do is after I load the track from the GPS, I do the "climbing analysis" and use the download DEM data (US Dataset).  When I hit "Add Elevation to track" it replaces the elevation data with the DEM data.  Then I save the file and add that to the log book.

Currently I mark my waypoints in TopoFusion, upload them to the Forerunner 301, go into Garmin MapSource and download the waypoints, then connect them into a route and upload the route to the FR301 from MapSource.  Is there  a way to do all that inside TopoFusion that I haven't figured out?

First let me say that v2.50 is great.  This is a great piece of software, one that I don't think I could do without now.  Is there a timeframe for directly supporting the Forerunner 301?  Specifically I am interested in being able to download tracks directly from the unit.  Heartrate data is not that critical to me in an app like TopoFusion.
