Looks like I got it to finally work by disabling Norton.

Archived Support / Program loads but won't initiate

I appear to have successfully downloaded and installed but get no response when opening program. Hourglass clicks on momentarily but then nothing! Any ideas? I am running on cable modem and have Norton AntiVirus installed but have shut it off with no change. Also running SpyBot and AdAware. The only thing I can think of is some setting somewhere is stopping it from running. Any ideas?
