The Open Aerial server still seems to be giving some bad responses at times, returning blank (white) tiles.  v4.31 improves on the performance significantly, but in some areas errors are still happening.

It appears they may be upgrading imagery (better resolution) in some areas.

That fixes the MyTopo tiles for me.

At first I had trouble getting rid of the old tiles using the Options | Tiles | Expire All Tiles in Tileset menu command, but after zooming out and back in, the corrected tiles were downloaded.

Thanks for the great fix!

Yeah, you may need to restart TF after expiring all the tiles -- there may be some in the video card's memory cache that didn't get cleared out.  If you restart it'll definitely go back to square one.

Thanks for the feedback!
