Fit write support

Since Garmin is using .fit files for courses on their newer devices it would be nice if TF supported writing those files, too. This is especially needed because Base Camp can't manage up and downloading without creating duplicate files which are a pita to deal with.

Thanks for the request and additional info on basecamp.  I'll look into how difficult it would be -- I assume even a fairly basic writing support would be useful?

Thanks.

Thanks. Yes, all I need is track coordinates to get courses onto an Epix. Base Camp is incredibly stupid and ends up duplicating items with no way to delete them without tedious one-by-one device menu excursions.

Yes, support for writing FIT files would be helpful. Seems like it should be easy, since TF can already read them, complete with all the various data types supported by Garmin devices.   I, too, am using an Epix.
