Title: Computing course headings at waypoints that have merged onto a network.

The network tool is incredibly powerful.  It would be very helpful to be able to compute course headings along the network at a serial sequence of waypoints.  Due to the network, direction of travel (indicated by the waypoint numbering sequence) is vital.  A natural extension is the ability to place offset waypoints via a distance and direction along the network.
