Title: Batch download improvement - MyTopo, Open Aerial, OSM, etc.

Hi Scott,

I was wondering if you were considering as an improvement of the batch download tool, the possibility to add the following tilesets: MyTopo, Open Aerial, OSM, etc.

I realize this one is old but I would second this idea along with including Juicy Trails and OpenTopo Map (Euro).  The Can/Aus batch download has been pretty useful.
