Not sure yet what/where this is coming from. When I click on a shortcut to start TopoFusion, AutoCAD tries to install- I have to cancel the AutoCAD installation a couple of times then TopoFusion loads up. I checked the properties of my shortcuts, they all are pointing to the correct locations in Program Files. I even reinstalled TopoFusion 3.02 Beta and the problem still happens.
I just now went into the TopoFusion directory in Program Files and clicked on the TopoFusion.exe; as usual AutoCad tries to install.
Just wondering if this can be duplicated by anyone else. A trial version of AutoCad 2007 can be downloaded from the AutoDesk website which is what I'm using.

How strange. There shouldn't be any conflicts using the new installer.
How long have you been a TF user? I'm guessing you had versions prior to 2.95 (on the old installer). That installer might be the cause of the problem.
I'd look in add/remove programs to see if there are two TF entries. If there are, backup everything and remove the older one (should be a computer icon, rather than the TF bolt icon).
Let us know if you figure anything out.

Well, I guess I fixed it. I exported/backed up this registry entry for AutoCad [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\7D2F387510059040002000060BECB6AB]
to my desktop and deleted it from the registry. Now when I run Topofusion, I still get a very brief pop up (so brief it appears as a small gray box) but then goes directly to Topofusion. Perhaps somehow, a registry setting got "flipped" to point to autocad to install whenever I attempted to run topofusion.

That's interesting, thanks for posting the fix.
