Title: 'R' key busted in 2D mode

First off, my apologies for not giving the new betas the attention they deserve till now.  This is terrific stuff.

I noticed a minor bug in 1.65: the 'R' key no longer reverses the last segment when I'm using the profile tool in 2D mode.  The context menu is an easy workaround.  'R' worked in 1.61, though pressing it shifted focus from the main window to the profile dialog, forcing me to switch back to continue using keyboard commands.

Our mistake on this one.

We did change it so that 'r' no longer does reverse, since it is reload in 3D.  But we intended to make 'v' do reverse now, instead... But we didn't actually do it.
