Topfusion Questions

Does Topofusion give Lap Analysis stats?   Seems like I remember reading this as an option, but I don't see this anywhere in the Demo version.  I'm thinking of using Topofusion as a replacement for Logbook but want to explore the options before purchasing.

Does Topofusion download the background maps each time or are they stored on the users computer somewhere?  It displays really fast, I'm wondering when / how often are they downloaded?

I think you're asking about:

It's only in the beta version right now, which for reasons mostly of our own convience, is only available to registered users.

I hope to get another beta out soon with more new stuff, then we'll look at a full release.

Yes, thats what I had seen before!!  Looks good but also sounds like maybe I should wait for the next full release then I'll probably purchase it.  BTW, I'm a runner (use the Garmin201) so I'm interested not only in a Map program but one that "analyses" laps.

Also, are the Terraserver etc.. images downloaded and stored on the user's hard drive or are they actually downloaed on the fly each time?

Sorry, forgot to answer your last question.  Yes, all tiles downloaded and stored locally for faster or offline use.  That's pretty much the major function of the program.
