Will Topofusion work on my HP 2215 Pocket PC? I can purchase the appropriate GPS if I know which one to buy.

Not unless it can run Windows 98/ME/2000/XP/Vista.
No pocketPC or Palm version, sorry.

Will TopoFusion work with the GPS data from my iPAQ 5915 GPS/PocketPC?
Yep, if you can get it into GPX format or one of the other import formats supported by TopoFusion:
* GPS eXchange Format (.GPX)
* ESRI Shapefile (.SHP) [Pro version only]
* Google Earth (.KML)
* Magellan eXplorist Track files (.LOG)
* Magellan eXplorist Waypoint files (.UPT)
* Timex NMEA exports (.TXT)
* UTM Text files [Example] (output by Delorme's TopoUSA)
* Lat/Lon Text files [Example](output by Delorme's TopoUSA)
* Maptech Track Export Files (.TXF)
* Maptech Waypoint Export Fiels (.MXF) [Example]
If it outputs NMEA realtime sentences, you can also use TopoFusion to display your position on topo/aerial/etc maps.
