Does topofusion support the Garmin 76csx?  I am about to purchase a garmin unit which one is the best one to buy?  I will be using it mainly for marking waypoints while hiking and other outdoor activities.

Yes, the 76csx is fully supported.  It's a great unit for hikers.

60csx is another great one.  You should also look at the VistaCx.  You can't go wrong with any of those, really.
