Title: GPS 12 Downloading issue

I am having difficulty downloading a track.  I went on an 8 mile ride with my GPS 12, went up to my computer and downloaded the track.  It outlines the whole trip in red, erases, then draws about 200 ft.  When I try to save it, it is only saving 200 ft.

Can anyone help with this issue?  I am currently using the demo version.

Which version are you using?  Older versions would first give you the option of downloading the active log or the saved tracks.  Is your main 8 mile track a saved track?  The newest version will simply download all the data and give you a  dialog showing all the data available.
