I have used ver. 2.50 with a MAP330 successfully for some time.  I recently got an eXplorist 400 so I found out that ver. 2.8x handled the Magellan USB, so I downloaded ver. 2.90.  It worked just fine to download waypoints but not tracks.  I can select the proper track in the Open File window but then it stops and gives an error mesage that says it cannot download the track file.  Please help.

That's unusual -- other users have reported success.

Can you send the file that gives the error to:

We can debug it and get you up and running soon.

Thanks for the help debugging this issue.

The latest beta, v2.91 has a fix for this problem.  It'll make it to the full/demo version soon.
