Title: Color Field in File Listing Window

There was some discussion last year about the color field not displaying properly in the file listing window under Vista.  I can't find the discussion string anymore in the support forum; but my understanding was that this had been found and corrected.  But, it is still happening under 3.18.  Is there something I have to set?

I remember someone mentioning it - the boxes turn more into "L's".  Actually I am seeing this problem on my machine right now under XP.  So I should be able to fix it.

Or is it worse than that?  Can you post a screengrab so I can take a look.  Thanks.
