Can topofusion export garmin track files to be used in a 3D program. I want to do a elevation site plan of a mountain property.

TopoFusion does not export Mapsource (mps) format files, if that's what you're asking.  But Mapsoruce itself does now open GPX files, so you should be able to get any data imported.

As for a 3D program, TopoFusion does 3D.  Not sure what you mean by elevation site plan.  

We don't export anything like shapefile or .dbx.
