Sharing data with Streets and Trips 2002

Is it possible to create a route in MS S&T 2002 and then move it to TF?

I like S&T ability to figure out routes, but would  like to use TF to look at the route and such.

Agreed that would be nice.  I use S&T to do driving directions, but it's not the easiest program to work with.  I seem to recall seeing a hack that grabs the route out of memory and saves to GPX.  Do some searching around for GPX and S&T, and be sure to post here if you find anything.
