I did not keep my registration info when purchasing after initial install. I love the software but when upgrading it went back to DEMO mode. I have emailed support and sales three times with never a response. MAKE SURE you do not misplace your registration info. It appears there is no way to contact TopoFusion to get it back.

We responded to all three of your requests, the most recent on the 3rd of August. Can you check your spam folder perhaps? Can you give us another email address to send the information to?

I downloaded the demo and when I try to start the program is states, "Fatal Error: Coundn't find maps.dat for reading". What do I need to do?

Delete the file, "mapindex.dat", somehow it was created and refers to a non-existant maps.dat
